Can’t attend in person?
Virtual live stream access is available, including both the Main Conference and the Shop Manager Sessions. The conference recordings are yours to keep afterwards.

- For larger member delegate orders, please contact Omer and Salma to receive an invoice.
- Livestream access is for all staff and volunteers. A copy of the conference recordings will also be sent after the event for you to keep.
- All tickets include GST
- If booking more than one person, you will need to add delegate names when you book.
- Delegate tickets do not include the dinner on Monday night, so please kindly book this separately, thank you
