Nina Mapson Bone, People Strategist, NMB People Strategy

Nina Mapson Bone is a captivating speaker, MC, and facilitator who inspires action. As the author of ‘Meaningful Work: Unlock Your Path to Career Fulfilment’, she is a people strategist. She consults with boards, CEOs, founders, and executives on bridging the disconnect between their strategy and the needs, motivations, and capabilities of their people.

She has experienced first-hand the power of work to transform your life and has seen time and again how, when engaged in meaningful work, every outcome at work improves for both the individual and the organisation.

Nina has won accolades like AFR Best Places to Work. Nina chairs the People and Culture Committee for the Royal Australian Institute of Architects and the Development Committee of the North Foundation. She’s also a past President of the Recruitment and Consulting Association of Australia and New Zealand. With an executive career spanning continents and sectors, Nina previously led Beaumont People to multiple awards. Her insights have been featured in ABC Radio National, The Today Show, and more.

Robyn Annear is a celebrated historian and author renowned for her insightful exploration of Melbourne and Victoria’s rich history. With eight compelling books to her name, including award-winning titles like “Bearbrass: Imagining Early Melbourne” and “Nothing But Gold: The diggers of 1852”, Robyn has captivated audiences with her vivid storytelling and meticulous research.

Beyond writing, she has curated exhibitions at prestigious venues such as State Library Victoria and the City Gallery at Melbourne Town Hall, showcasing her expertise in bringing history to life. An occasional contributor to The Monthly and a familiar face on television programs like “Victoria Wood’s BBC series” and “Tony Robinson Explores Australia”, Robyn continues to inspire audiences with her passion for uncovering the fascinating stories of the past. In 2018, she launched the podcast “Nothing on TV”, offering listeners a captivating audio journey into Australia’s historical landscapes. With her engaging narratives and deep insights, Robyn Annear remains a leading voice in Australian history, connecting audiences with the rich tapestry of the past.
